Black shapes of different sizes show up on my screen all the time now

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Moving the mouse helps most of the time
2.

What is the expected behavior?
I expect to be able see the entire screen and not have small to large parts of it blacked out

What went wrong?
I don't know

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Tested the issue on windows 10 using chrome M59 #59.0.3071.115 and M62 #62.0.3165.0 and issue is not observed.

No black shapes are seen on screen and UI is rendered correctly.

Attached screencast for reference.

@geneva.cheryl-- Could you please check if you can reproduce the issue on fresh chrome profile withut any extensions and flag enabled and if you can still able to reproduce the issue , please provide us the sample url and screencast for better understanding.

Black shapes happen on most pages and sites. They appear and then disappear.  should I uninstall Chrome and reinstall? Could this be malware?

@ geneva.cheryl-- Could you please try updating your Chrome to latest version #60.0.3112.78 and try by removing the extensions and creating a new profile to verify if the issue still persists.

If you still observe the issue, kindly provide us with the URL's where the issue is noticed with screen-cast for better understanding and the system GPU.

okay - upgraded but I don't understand what happens when I create a new
profile.

Tried to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using latest Stable 60.0.3112.78 and canary 62.0.3172.2 with the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and opened few web pages
2. Didn't observe any blacked out space on the UI and able to see the whole screen.

Thanks for upgrading to new profile.
By upgrading to new profile, no extensions/flags are enabled and issue may not be seen.
If you still observe this issue, Kindly provide us with the screen cast of the issue for better understanding.
