Dns error on search "ubuntu 14.04 @angular/cli error"

Issue description

Chrome Version : 59.0.3071.115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open new tab
(2) paste "ubuntu 14.04 @angular/cli error" and press enter
(3) You will see "This site can’t be reached angular’s server DNS address could not be found."

What is the expected result?
It should open Google Search

What happens instead?
You will see "This site can’t be reached angular’s server DNS address could not be found."

 
Same issue in android on chrome

Tested the issue on windows 7 & 10 , Mac OS 10.12.5 using M59 #59.0.3071.115 & M62 #62.0.3165.0 and observed that google search was available as second suggestion when pasted it in omnibox .

Attached screencast for reference.

@Adding relavant labels and requesting search team to provide more inouts on this .
