[UAAgent] Improve extension description and artwork

Issue description

Right now the user agent spoofing extension does not make it clear that it does not provide more privacy and the artwork alludes to that too.

I propose adding

"Please note that this does not provide improved privacy while browsing the Internet and that some sites might have other means to figure out that the browser is not what it pretends to be."

as a third paragraph of the extension description.

Matt, can you figure out who we can task with creating the artwork for the extension?

I also propose we exchange the current set of screenshots with those attached here
