Non-Regression: Unwanted space is seen in Apps menu of My Activity page

Chrome Version:62.0.3165.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and Sign In to Gmail account.
(2)Go to My activity page (https://myactivity.google.com) and click on Google Apps menu on the top right of the screen and observe.

Expected:Gap shouldn't be there in the apps list
Actual:Instead, Gap is seen in the apps list.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-46

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.5 using latest canary #62.0.3165.0.
