To prevent leaking information, we should ad more checks in factory pre-submit to block changes with terms like MP, PVT, DVT, etc.

However, since the factory code sometimes still need to use these terms (for example stage / phase modules) so there should be a way to ignore the check - or with some message to indicate --no-verify if it's confirmed to be ok.
