Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Click the icon of the item (checkbox) to select an item in the file list. Confirm check-select mode is activated.
(2) Click the three-dots icon in the toolbar. (which was added by  crbug.com/740842 )
(3) Choose "Get info". (or any other available item)

Expected Result:
The context menu fades out.

Actual Result:
The context menu flickers by showing more items, then fades out.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Not critical, but it makes it difficult to see if the user chose the right menu item.

The context menu fades out.
