Regression:Long press of keys is not working in chrome://md-settings page

Chrome Version:62.0.3164.0/9773.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Minnie,Kip
OS:chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user -> launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/content/cookies
(2)Click to Add a site and Long press any alphabet key(Ex:b) and Observe (kindly refer video)

Actual:Long pressing of keys is not working 
Expected:Long press of key should work(for ex: bbbbbbbbbbb..should be seen)

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 61.0.3136.5/9672.0.0 dev channel Minnie

NOTE:
1.Issue is also seen at some other places of md-settings page such as Manage other people,Auto-fill settings...
2.Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS

Is this reliably reproducible? I can not reproduce this on a 62.0.3164.0 + dev build. Maybe try post 9773.0.0?

Could you please clarify where this does and does not reproduce in the Settings UI? Specifically:
* The search box?
* All dialogs? Just some? If some, which?
* Non dialogs (e.g. Network > Details > Nameservers > Custom nameserver)?
