[macOS] Omnibox and Extension Buttons flicker in the Toolbar while resizing the Omnibox

Chrome Version: Chrome Canary 62.0.3164.0
OS: macOS 10.12.6
Hardware: MacBook Air 11" (2012)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install more than 7 Extensions;
(2) Open a new Window;
(3) Shrink it to very small;
(4) Now resize the Omnibox;

What is the expected result?
To see no flicker of the Omnibox and the Extension Buttons in the Toolbar.

What happens instead?
The Omnibox and the The Extension Buttons flicker in the Toolbar.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
