Adobe Flash Player is marked as disabled in Google Chrome. Cannot enable it

Issue description

@harrapbrian -- Thanks for posting the issue. Please follow the below steps to enable Flash in chrome. Refer the screenshots attached.

1. Click on “View site information” button adjacent to Omnibox and Allow Flash. (or)
2. Navigate to “chrome://settings/content/flash” and enable Flash.(or)
3. Navigate to “chrome://components/”, click on the button “Check for update” for “Adobe Flash Player”.

Please check by following the above steps and let us know if the issue is still noticed.
