What version of WebView are you using? If you uninstall WebView updates, does the issue still persist? Settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView -> [triple dot menu] -> Uninstall updates

Unable to reproduce the issue in Android. Did not observe any screen flickering in news article headlines. Steps Followed 1.Open the Google news app and scroll from bottom to up. Webview versions tested 61.0.3163.98 OS Android 6.0.1, Android Devices Redmi Note 3 Build/MMB29M @hkbmsce : Could you please let us know if we missed any steps from our end and if possible please respond to comment#5 that would help us to triage the issue further.
