No Copy/Paste in Android Chrome

Operating system: Android 6.0.1; NEO-U9-H Build/MHC19J

Actual result: UNABLE TO COPY & PASTE.  No copy/paste option.

You have to enable the flag option on your phone. Most OEM manufacturers does their keyboard options differently, if that doesn't help, download and use the Gboard from the play store. Thanks!
