Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chrome > Settings
2. Keyboard
3. Replace Ctrl key for Alt and viceversa

What is the expected behavior?
Alt + C will copy content
Alt + V will paste content

What went wrong?
Alt + V does not paste content (but right click > paste does and Alt + C copies context)

Did this work before? Yes it started failing beginning of the week
