[A11y Assessment - Status Tray] Need to remove splitters from ChromeVox navigation |

Issue descriptionOS: Chrome Tested on Canary (61) but experienced in previous versions There are a handful of splitters that are in the status tray menu that are there for visual purpose, but serve no purpose to a screen reader user. I have to press Search + Right multiple more times to get through the splitter, and I hear "splitter", which makes no sense.

@lpalmaro, let's talk about this one. The splitters do serve a purpose -- they group the controls. You can always tab / shift tab through the status tray if you want to ignore them.
