Tested on Canary (61) but experienced in previous versions 

When using ChromeVox, press Alt Shift S to use the keyboard to open the status tray. you first hear "sign out, button". This should not be the first verbalization when the status tray opens. We should have the verbalization that says "Status tray..." From there, you should be able to press Search + Right to navigate through each individual item, starting with the user account info, not the sign out button. This is a usability glitch.
