Move mouse warping code to mus |

Issue descriptionMouse warping code now lives in ash. It should really live in mus. There is no urgent need to do the move, but logically it seems mus should do this.

just FYI: Ash allow a user to snap window by blocking mouse warp at the edge of the display in multi display environment, so you'll need something equivalent to pointer barrier.

And unified desktop mode will map each display to offline buffer which will have different pixel size than physical pixels. So the way to map displays' edge should be flexible.
