[A11y Assessment - Launcher] Missing label for Google logo

Project Member Reported by lpalmaro@chromium.org, Jul 21 2017

Issue description

OS: Chrome
Tested on Canary (61) but experienced in previous versions

When you navigate the launcher with ChromeVox enabled, you don't hear any description for "Google", so a blind user wouldn't know that there was a logo there. We should have a label that says "Google logo" for branding purposes.

Omri can you help triage this?

Vadim, can you take care of this during the M63/M64 milestones?

Should this label added to the accessibility description for the search box, or should Google logo be a separate stop in Tab navigation. Should Tab navigation differ between the accessibility and "normal" tab-navigation?
Any updates?
