It looks to me that the size increase is expected.

That said, the README.chromium says:
"This library is used by Chrome Remote Desktop and WebRTC for audio stream
encoding/decoding."

I don't know anything about Opus, just wanted to make sure this is used on Android. Feel free to close as “Won't Fix” unless you can see some way to reduce size.
