Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open this url https://jsfiddle.net/L3xx164f/
2. ceaseless click yellow element(and press Enter hide alert panel)
3. there are few rate show "mouseleave"

What is the expected behavior?
click Evnet not trigger mouseleave Event

What went wrong?
click Event trigger mouseleave Event

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
 
Components: -Blink Blink>Input
Can you indicate when it happens? I tried here and doing it about 20 or times I never encountered the issue.

I loaded the page. Clicked the left mouse button. Dialog appeared and pressed enter on the keyboard and repeated.

Couldn't repro on Linux 59.0.3071.115, though this could be OS specific.

dzq@, we're still waiting on feedback - if we can't reproduce we'll have to close the bug.

i and my colleague has the bug. i don't know why show the bug. now, i choose other way code. thanks for you.
