Regression: Unwanted scrollbar is seen in the print preview of search results page

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and type Amazon in omnibox
(2)Click on the share icon and Hit Ctrl+P
(3)Observe 

Expected: No scrollbar should be seen
Actual: Instead, scrollbar is seen

This is a Regression issue broken in M-61

Able to reproduce the issue using #61.0.3163.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows as well

Note: Issue is not seen Mac 10.12.5 with the same version.

Can't reproduce on 62.0.3167.1 Canary on Win10. Is this still an issue?

I'm not able to reproduce with chrome target on Linux built from current master.

This issue no longer reproducible using #62.0.3176.0 on Linux Ubuntu 14.04, win 10 as well.
