Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3163.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and type Amazon in omnibox (2)Click on the share icon and Hit Ctrl+P (3)Observe Expected: No scrollbar should be seen Actual: Instead, scrollbar is seen This is a Regression issue broken in M-61 Manual Bisect Info: =================== Good Build:61.0.3138.0 Bad Build: 61.0.3140.0
