Regression: [DevTools] Unable to delete a single audit under Audit section.

Issue description

Chrome Version:61.0.3163.0 ff259bab28b35d242e10186cd63af7ed404fae0d-refs/heads/master@{#488528 32/64-bit. 
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.3), Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open DevTools window, go to Audit section and observe..

"Delete audit" (X) button is missing.
"Delete audit" (X) button should be seen.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and will soon update other info :

Good build:61.0.3162.0
Bad build: 61.0.3163.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:61.0.3162.0(Revision:488073).
Bad build:61.0.3163.0(Revision:488528).

You are probably looking for a change made after 488135 (known good), but no later than 488136 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.5 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3163.0
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I did remove this ability with the new UI. you can only clear all, but not delete them one by one.

Intentional. :)
