Downloading icon problem with hangout extension

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome and hangout at same time 
2. Download some file from chrome 
3. Downloading progress bar is appear on chrome as well as hangout icon 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The downloading icon bar should appear on only chrome icon . 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

i think its not a big issue but its a bug

Unable to reproduce the issue using #59.0.3071.115 on Win 7 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0.

@qtpraveenpathak: Could you please find the attached screen cast and try creating a new profile from chrome://settings and check if you still face the issue?
