Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3162.0/9764.0.0 dev channel Kip,Peppy & Paine OS:Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user ->Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/changePicture (2)Click on Camera icon to Take photo and Observe no preview image is seen (3)And also click on Google Profile photo and Observe for image preview(Kindly refer video) Actual:No preview images are available for Google Profile photo and Photo captured Expected:User preview images should be available This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 61.0.3160.0/9758.0.0 dev channel Paine Note:Issue is not applicable to Linux,Windows OS @Stevenjb: Please confirm the above issue

Oh, this was a known issue that got into 61.0.3162.0; the fix will be in 61.0.3163.0.
