Chrome takes up a lot of memory when resuming from sleep

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.115
OS: Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have a number of tabs open, e.g. 12-15 (though no noticeable slowness)
(2) Sleep computer
(3) Resume computer

What is the expected result?
Browser continues to work

What happens instead?
Browser slows down to a crawl and memory usage spikes several GB (see screenshot)

note: this happens fairly frequently (e.g. every day or two)

What hardware is this? We know of a few serious memory bugs that can cause this. Fixes are in 61. If you don't mind running on canary/dev for a bit and telling us if you hit it again, that'd be great.

Thanks! I'm on MacBookAir6,2 and I'll give Chrome Dev a try and see if it happens again.
