Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome.
2. Open an incognito tab, go to tab switcher mode.
3. Tap on the tab switcher. 
  
Observed results:
Incognito tab color does not transition smoothly from tab switcher mode.

Expected results:
Incognito tab color should transition smoothly from tab switcher mode.(grey to black)
