For some reason IDS_PRODUCT_NAME is translated into "Chrome Remote Access" in zh-cn.

Supposed to be "Chrome 远程桌面" but got "Chrome 远程访问".

Strangely the message seems to be properly translated by the translation console:

But it doesn't get into the xtb:

Not sure what is broken in the translation pipeline. Not sure who is the point of contact either...
