"Maybe Later" option on save/update passwords

Project Member Reported by s...@chromium.org, Jul 20 2017

Issue description

Right now it seems that if you enter a new password/account you're prompted with "Save"/"Never" and if you update a previously stored password you're prompted with "Update password"/"Nope". It would feel much better if there was an explicit "Maybe later" button as well.

I understand that you can click off of the popup and it disappears, but it feels bad do this. I read the popup, I understand what I want, but I don't have a satisfying button to press to make it happen. Clicking off of the popup is also slightly ambiguous, like maybe it's going to interpret this as a "Never", as a user I don't know for sure.

As a developer I'm assuming the word "Nope" means not this time, but we'll keep showing you the prompt. Since if it meant "Never", you'd be using that word. But as a user, I'm scared to make this assumption. It seems ambiguous, and I'd never click it, just in case.

Agreed. It's actually fairly often I want a "Not this time" option; maybe I am not sure of my password and trying several. Maybe I typed it in wrong. Maybe I forgot I had an account and tried to create a new one. Since (I'm assuming) it's infeasible to wait for a login to actual occur before prompting to save (and I generally don't want to save a password that fails to log in), giving users a 'Not this time, but maybe later' option seems like a smart choice.

We used to have "Never", "Not now", and "Save" and consciously removed the "Not now" button. By clicking anywhere outside the button, it vanishes. If you have done this 3 times, the bubble does not pop up anymore but you can still trigger it by clicking on the key icon.

We want to add another button that allows you to edit the credentials for cases, where we pick the wrong username or password. As such, we don't have any space for another button. Sorry.
