Test CUPS printing

Project Member Reported by ljusten@chromium.org, Jul 20 2017

Issue description

Connected Karl-Valentin to lab network (IP *.*.*.157).
Auto-discovering in Settings -> Printers didn't work.
Entered IP manually (Protocol, Queue default) -> Found printer details.
Printing failed. Possibly because printer is not supported yet.

Extension IPP/CUPS printing configuration (not Google) did work.
Was able to print!

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This worked:
- While creating a new printer, use AppSocket (TCP/IP) instead of IPP. This lets you specify your own driver.
- Use generic postscript printer, e.g. Generic-PostScript_Printer-Postscript.ppd.gz from Google3.
Thus, CUPS + AD works fine!
