Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 OPR/46.0.2597.46 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Get a Logitech MX Master 2. Download logitech options (and uninstall logitech setpoint if you have). 3. Use the browser and other applications/software over several days, sporadically the error will come up, and sporadically it won't work. What is the expected behavior? To horizontally scroll What went wrong? Page is just scrolling one tick, then stopping (in horizontal). Did this work before?
