Text selection overlapping is seen on chrome://safe-browsing/

Chrome Version:61.0.3162.0  (Official Build) 46d636d25e054da0b0d8270d525c84f39146ce30-refs/heads/master@{#488073} 32/64 bit
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://safe-browsing/
2. Press 'Ctrl+A' from keyboard and observe.

Actual:Text selection overlapping is seen
Expected:Text selection should be proper.

This is non-regression issue, seen from 'M 61' ( 61.0.3154.0 ) newly added page.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
