Regression : 'Connection type' Drop-down at 'Proxy' is seen Upper side in chrome://md-settings

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.72/9592.66.0 Beta channel Daisy,Candy,Peppy & Minnie
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go to chrome://md-settings page -> At 'Network' section click on Wi-Fi -> select Connected Wi-Fi network
(2)Click on 'Proxy' -> Enable 'Allow proxies for shared networks' -> Now click on 'Connection type' Drop-down -> observe Drop-down is seen Upper side
(Please refer Video)

Expected: 'Connection type' Drop-down should be down side
Actual: Instead 'Connection type' Drop-down is seen Upper side

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in chrome://settings

@stevenjb : Please confirm the Issue

Note:
1.Issue is seen in latest M-61 also
2.Issue is not applicable to Windows & Linux OS
3.'Name servers' Drop-down at 'Network' is working fine i.e. Drop-down is seen down side (Please refer 'Expected_DropdownOfNameServers' screenshot)

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
 There isn't room for the dropdown below the item in that video so this is expected behavior. I increased my screen resolution on a Pixel device and the dropdown appears below the element as expected.
