Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: My device only supports opus with sample rate 16k,it can not decode opus with sample rate other than 16k. What is the expected behavior? Audio is OK What went wrong? I tried to set 'maxplaybackrate=16000;maxaveragebitrate = 16000; ' before setLocalDescription to ensure chrome encode with sample rate 16k,but the voice is still discontinuous. 1.Will my parameters take effect? 2.I know the rtp timestamp difference is always the product of 48 and minptime. Is there any way to know the real sample rate of audio that chrome sent? Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
