Open URL with Chrome 2. Watch title 3. The title is garbled What is the expected behavior? The title is displayed correctly. What went wrong? The title is garbled. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: From Chrome M37 to Chrome M47, The title is displayed correctly. But the title is garbled since Chrome M48.

Able to reproduce the issue using #59.0.3071.115 on Win 10, Mac 10.12.5, Linux Ubuntu 41.04 as well. Observed the garbled text on the page. Below is the bisect info ======================= 48.0.2544.0 - good build 48.0.2545.0 - bad build Unable to provide the tool bisect info as getting error "doesn't hav enough builds o bisect". Hence providing manual bisect info. CHANGELOG URL ============ https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/48.0.2544.0..48.0.2545.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Unable to find the suspect from above log. Can someone from dev team please look into this issue. Issue is seen in M61 as well. Thanks!!
