Scrollbar of Other NTP is not seen properly after running Audit on previous NTP

Chrome Version: 61.0.3162.0  (Official Build) 46d636d25e054da0b0d8270d525c84f39146ce30-refs/heads/master@{#488073} 32/64 bit
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, open devtools on NTP and go to Audit section
2. Run the audit,open other NTP and observe

Actual: Arrow icon of vertical scrollbar is missing and chrome apps seems to be shifted R.H.S for other NTP

Expected: Other NTP should be seen properly after running Audit on previous NTP

This is non-regression issue seen from M-60, since this is new feature introduced in 60.0.3102.0

Note: In case of Mac , scrollbar is not visible and chrome apps seems to be shifted R.H.S

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
