Regression: Unwanted text gets selected while clicking on pages

Chrome Version:61.0.3162.0
OS: Windows , Linux

1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/importData
2.Place mouse pointer on the text beside checkbox and click and observe
                               
Expected:Text shouldn't get selected 
Actual:Unwanted selection of text is seen

Note : Same is observed in ClearBrowsingData and AddLanguages overlay also.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.5 using chrome version #61.0.3161.0.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

You are probably looking for a change made after 479981 (known good), but no later than 479982 (first known bad).
