What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/manageProfile and click on first avatar icon.
2. Now continuously press right arrow key to move focus ahead and then press 'Space bar' key simultaneously and observe

Actual: Grey focus highlight stays on many avatar icon and doesn't disappears after moving focus ahead.
Expected: Grey focus highlight should disappear after moving focus ahead

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-49 series as 'Manage Profile' option works from build # 49.0.2616.0
