[Depth Capture]the returned ConstraintNotSatisfiedError name is wrong when setting an impossible mandatory constraint (width >=1G)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. A depth camera is plugged into the PC
2. Access to https://01org.github.io/web-test-suite/chromium/mediacapture-depth/GUM-impossible-constraint-manual.https.html

What is the expected behavior?
The ConstraintNotSatisfiedError	name should be 'width' when setting an impossible mandatory constraint (width >=1G)

What went wrong?
The returned ConstraintNotSatisfiedError name is 'videoKind'

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 61.0.3159.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10

leix1.wang@ Could you confirm whether this issue is similar to  Issue 746753  or it is a different bug?

I think it's a different bug: 
#746753 is about the error for permission deny,
#746760 is about the returned ConstraintNotSatisfiedError name. When setting an impossible mandatory constraint 'width', the error name should return 'width', not 'videoKind'.

Depth Camera is not available with India TE team to test and confirm this and https://01org.github.io/web-test-suite/chromium/mediacapture-depth/GUM-impossible-constraint-manual.https.html seems to be passing with the available Logitech Carl Zeiss Tessar HD 1080p camera.

Tested on Windows-10 on chrome version:61.0.3159.0 and 61.0.3162.0.
