[WPT Sync] Change name of "Blink W3C Test Autoroller" Chromium account

Project Member Reported by jeffcarp@chromium.org, Jul 19 2017

Issue description

Since the WPT tests are tests from specifications not only in W3C but also organizations like WHATWG, the Chromium account "Blink W3C Test Autoroller" should be renamed to something like "Blink WPT Test Autoroller."

Additionally since that Chromium account is now commenting on exportable CLs, perhaps the name could be something more general like "Blink WPT Bot."

@qyearsley WDYT?

Yep, definitely agree! I've now changed the name in Gerrit (see https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/q/owner:blink-w3c-test-autoroller%2540chromium.org), is there anywhere else we want to change it?

I can't think of anywhere else for this bot.

The GitHub bot is currently named "Chromium WPT Sync" with the username "chromium-wpt-export-bot." Do you think it should be renamed to be more inline with the Chromium one? The name would be easy to change but I think changing the username would be more difficult.
Hm, I think we could change the name, but I'm also OK with not changing the name, since chromium-wpt-export-bot (on GitHub) and blink-w3c-test-autoroller@chromium.org are not related accounts (well, they're related in purpose but not technically linked, right?).
They're not linked in any real way but the exporter uses them in concert with each other. It might be nice to align the GitHub bot's name with that of the Chromium bot (i.e. "Blink WPT Bot") so it looks as if the same bot is behind the two (since it is). I can do that. Renaming the GitHub username would also be nice but I think that's quite a bit more of a pain to do.
