Issue descriptionturn on chromevox, move chromevox focus to expand arrow button, chromevox should speak something here, not just "button" propose: (1) "expand/expand arrow button" (2) "all apps button" please let me know your ideas

Thanks! Yes, if we have an expand/collapse button, we should not only say that it's a button and that it's expandable, but also what it's for (i.e. what is expanding).

Does that mean we prefer (2) to (1)? I think we can still call it all apps button, speaking of its usage.
