Cleanup the remote media player bridge after the video is disconnected due to another video being cast

Tracking the follow up work after the quick fix for the  issue 738677 .

While Chrome doesn't crash anymore, it keeps sending IPCs to the renderer because the 1s time update timer is not stopped and the old remote media player bridge is not destroyed.
