DOM tree in UI Devtools keeps regenerated after mouse clicks

Project Member Reported by thanhph@chromium.org, Jul 19 2017

Issue description

DOM tree displayed in Chrome inspector constantly gets regenerated when user left-clicks on any blank spot on chrome browser. This makes highlighting a node under cursor after a mouse click doesn't work.
