mustash: run exo in ash(WM) process

Project Member Reported by penghuang@chromium.org, Jul 19 2017

Issue description

Currently, exo(Wayland server) is a WindowServer and WindowManager, uses many ash (WM) features (resizing, drag and drop, observing window state, etc), and it also uses global event handler for mouse events. So running exo in ash is the easiest solution for mustash.

So we would like to discuss this option for mustash.

What part of the wayland server api is used? Is there and API you can point me at?
Components: -Internals>MUS Internals>Services>WindowService
We're doing this now with WS2.
