H264 - Vertical video does not fit in display aspect ratio by width

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the link below in chrome version 59.0.3071.115 2. http://portal.ttcloudvideo.com/player/video/40355?vidurl=http://stream.erlab.com.tr/50513/VZZ6Mby5fbuC/VZZ6Mby5fbuC.m3u8 3. And open it in edge or firefox. 4. Compare the result. What is the expected behavior? The video should play in usual sizes respect to display aspect ratio What went wrong? The video does not fit into sizes respect to dispay aspect ratio. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: It kindda puts the raw frames onto screen and crop it in dar borders. It exceeds these borders.

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 with Chrome Stable #59.0.3071.115 , Canary #61.0.3161.0 and also in earlier version of M-45, this is a non-regression issue hence marking it as untriaged. Note: Not able to repro on Ubuntu 14.04, Mac 10.12.5 Attaching the screen-casts for reference.

Hmm, interesting, probably we're sending some invalid size metadata => tguilbert@ for investigation.
