Touchscreen Not Working [ChromiumOS + non-chromebook]

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9202.60.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.154 Safari/537.36
Platform: 57.1.91 (Developer Build - neverware) developer-build chromeover64

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Put the latest dev version of Cloudready Chromium on a acer v5-122p

What is the expected behavior?
Touchscreen  not working

What went wrong?
Touchscreen used to work but after update 57 it stopped working

Did this work before? Yes 56

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.154  Channel: canary
OS Version: 9202.60.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20170711.1 r999

I don't really know what changes CloudReady OS contains (Chromium project isn't developing that).

Could you get support from Neverware since they're publishing the builds you're using?
