Regression: When cookie is edited the focus is lost |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3161.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to chrome://settings/>> Content settings>> cookies (2)Edit a cookie>>press enter "Key" / click on edit button and observe the focus Expected Focus should be seen on 3Dot menu Actual Focus is lost This is a regression issue broken in M-59. =============================== Manual Bisect info: Good build: 59.0.3033.0 Bad Build: 59.0.3034.0 Note: Issue is not reproducible on windows

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, You are probably looking for a change made after 455252 (known good), but no later than 455253 (first known bad).
