Apply reader mode when printing (simplify page redux)

It would be nice if Chrome automatically applied reader mode when printing, in order to simplify page redux.

Adding the ReaderMode component. Shall we discuss this sometime? Many users missed the first iteration of simplify page and I'm sure they will like to see this happen.
