New UI Sign-in dialog is not center-aligned on enrolled device |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: M61.0.3159.0 dev peach-pit OS: ChromeOS 9756.0.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enrolled device. (2) Click "Sign in with a different account". What is the expected result? Sign-in dialog appears in center of screen. What happens instead? Sign-in dialog appears in the lower-right quadrant of the screen. This does not happen in non-enrolled device.
