Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3160.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Was trying to find the correct place to report issues; when searching I found several reports about flash to Chrome help channels to which they replied 'canary is unstable, please use regular fchrome'. I found under the menu, there is Help->Report Issue, but clicking that whether logged in or not does nothing. What is the expected behavior? I'm not sure exactly what I'd expect; other than something more than nothing? What went wrong? It didn't bring me to https://chromiumbugs.appspot.com ? Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3160.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Ooh I see; it opens on the primary desktop; the canary chrome window was on a secondary desktop, I was using VNC to the computer from a system with a much smaller display, and didn't see the window popup on the primary screen. Can close this.
