Tabstrip username render horked when logged in

Chrome Version: 61.0.3160.1 (Official Build) canary SyzyASan (32-bit) (cohort: ASAN)

OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log into Chrome.
(2) Observe horked username rendering.

What is the expected result?
Non-horked username render.

Seeing the same thing at 61.0.3160.0 (64-bit non ASAN). Was working fine at 61.0.3138.0 before updating.

I believe this is  Issue 745290  in UI>Browser>Profiles.
