Media Controls - Fullscreen/Download don't work in Chrome App

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I create Chrome application and push into chrome store. 2. I uploaded one video and one audio file. 3. Now, I have to download those files. What is the expected behavior? those files have to download What went wrong? those files are not downloading Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: please do it needful

Extestion name :SCM-SE Please install extensions in chrome book After login please follow these instructions Username: allvar050 Password :1234567 Go to exam list >select last exam "newwwwww" >please click edit icon on right side. > Then you can find video and audio files Those files are not downloading

Confirmed on chromebook. Fullscreen and download aren't doing anything.
