Flash saying out of date

Issue description
Chrome Version : <60.0.3112.66 (Developer Build) Ubuntu 16.04 (32-bit)>

Flash 25.0.0.148 /usr/lib/pepperflashplugin-nonfree/libpepflashplayer.so
My browser keeps saying my flash is out of date and it's not.
Have tried all the advice on the web, with no luck.

Tested in chrome # 60.0.3112.66 and Dev #61.0.3159.5 on Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. @ wadepulham13: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations and provide the sample steps of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. Thanks in Advance.

The version on Flash on that page is out of date (i.e. 26.x is the current released Flash). I'd recommend updating your system version of FLash Player from Adobe's download page (look for PPAPI). This appears to be a build of Chromium (since we don't distribute a 32-bit build of Chrome), which would not have access to Google's automatic Flash component update.
